Tasting Notes

Nose: A beguiling potpourri of bourbon vanilla, toasted almonds, oak and exotic tropical fruits.

Palate: A full, powerful body with a perfect balance of fruity notes of tropical fruits such as banana and pineapple, underlined by creamy sweet flavours of caramel and vanilla. Rounded off by mild oak tones.

Finish: The finish is full-bodied and creamy, with tremendous length and persistence.

Matured in bourbon casks: In a class of its own

Long maturation in ex-bourbon casks gives Opthimus 25YO a unique aromatic depth and complexity. This exclusive maturation method creates a harmonious symbiosis between the diverse nuances of taste.
