The Macanudo Inspirado Tercio Aged Toro is a handmade premium cigar from the Dominican Republic, which is characterised by a special six-month ageing process of the tobacco leaves.
Unique Tercio ageing process
Specially selected Dominican Piloto Cubano leaves are used for the Macanudo Inspirado Tercio Aged Toro. These are aged for six months using the traditional Tercio method. This involves wrapping the fermented leaves in palm bark, where they are allowed to mature further. This elaborate process brings out the natural flavours of the leaves to the full and makes for an exceptionally mild and aromatic cigar.
Tobacco blend
In addition to the Tercio-matured Dominican tobaccos, the filler also contains Colombian tobacco. The single-almond tobaccos are wrapped in an Indonesian binder and a beautiful oily dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper.
