Made from wild elderflowers
Hand-harvested wild elderberry blossoms are used for the production. They are carefully dried and then macerated in alcohol. This gives the liqueur its intense floral aroma.
Exotic bouquet and flowery taste
The Giffard Fleur de Sureau Sauvage impresses with its exotic, floral bouquet. Notes of lychee, saffron, rose, hawthorn and acacia are perceived. A floral, honey-sweet taste unfolds on the palate with a long-lasting finish.
Versatile
The elderflower liqueur can be enjoyed neat on ice. It also enhances long drinks, cocktails and champagne. It is especially delicious in a Hugo or Mayflower drink.
Excellent quality
In 2014, Giffard Fleur de Sureau Sauvage was awarded a gold medal at the International Spirits Competition. It was even named Liqueur of the Year.
