DAVIDOFF DISCOVERY

The Davidoff Discovery series began in 2013 with the Davidoff Nicaragua, which was Davidoff's first non-Dominican cigar in over 20 years. Cigars in this line embody Zino Davidoff's spirit of discovery, which our Davidoff master blenders also carry. The best tobaccos from all over the world are found in the Discovery Blends. From Brazil to Nicaragua, from the Dominican Republic to Ecuador. You can easily recognise cigars from this line by their black belly band.

DAVIDOFF ESCURIO

The Davidoff Escurio is a smoke with surprising twists & turns - a new, surprising flavour awaits the palate with every puff. The stimulation goes in the direction of sweet and spicy. The sweetness comes from the Brazilian Mata Fina tobacco (higher sugar content in this tobacco leaf). The spiciness comes from Cubra tobacco, a refined form of the original Criollo tobacco from Brazil. The name comes from a play on words: ESCUro (Portuguese for dark) & Brazil's famous metropolis RIO. DAVIDOFF NICARAGUA

In 2013, the Davidoff Nicaragua was the first Davidoff with a black belly band and, after 20 years, the first Davidoff with tobaccos from an origin other than the Dominican Republic. In the meantime, the Davidoff Nicaragua is a real bestseller worldwide due to its exceptional bittersweet flavour profile with coffee & cocoa notes. In addition, it is a so-called "Puro", i.e. all the tobacco in this cigar comes from one country - in our case from Nicaragua. Particularly remarkable is also the wrapper, which enjoys a particularly long maturation period: 10 years matured Nicaragua Rosado wrapper. So it's no surprise that this cigar was voted Cigar of the Year in its launch year.

DAVIDOFF NICARAGUA BOX PRESSED The Davidoff Nicaragua in the square boxpressed format brings out the bittersweet taste experience even better. During the production of the cigar, half a leaf less is used in the filler tobacco, thus more air gets into the cigar, the combustion temperature drops and the aromas can develop better.

DAVIDOFF YAMASÁ

The Davidoff Yamasá is the latest release from Davidoff with a black belly band. It is the dream come true of Davidoff master blender Hendrik Kelner. He was the first and only person to grow tobacco in the rough soil of the Yamasá Valley. It took him 20 years to realise this dream - hence the slogan "Dream - Venture - Discover". The blend of spicy Nicaraguan tobaccos with intense and earthy Yamasá tobaccos results in a unique, complex taste experience with a long aftertaste.
