Only the best beans from the cultivation areas in the east and the center of Cuba were used. The coffee grows mainly on steep slopes of the mountain ranges, at an average height of 400 to 800 m. The plants are managed by state cooperatives. no artificial fertilizers are used. The control and development of the plants is carried out with great effort, and great importance is attached to maintaining and expanding the natural cultivation. The coffee is grown as always in traditional manual work.
This is undoubtedly one of the best Cuban coffees. Almost a secret tip, it is incomparably balanced, spicy, with a very rich aroma and an incredibly long aftertaste. It is grown in lower areas, which is why it is less acidic than other Central American coffees. A classy and idiosyncratic coffee for real gourmets, whose bouquet and taste are reminiscent of the character of famous Cuban cigars. The bean pattern is of a very uniform medium to dark brown color.,
